*** HOST PROPERTY AB (publ) - NEW SEK 2Y SECURED BOND ISSUE ***

Host Property AB (publ) (the "Company") has mandated Arctic Securities and Nordea as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 3 October 2022. A senior secured 2-year floating rate up to SEK 400 million bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

 

The net proceeds from the new bond issue will be used to refinance the Company's outstanding secured SEK 343,126,000 bond (ISIN SE0013486057) that matures 28 November 2022 and general corporate purposes.

 

About Host Property AB

Host Property AB is a Swedish property-owning subsidiary of Flying Elephant AS and Host Hoteleiendom AS. The Company owns 9 hotel properties on central locations across regional cities in Sweden. The hotel properties and additional security are recently valued by two external appraisers to SEK 890 million (average) which implies an opening net LTV of 41%. Company performance have improved significantly over the last 15 months, with Revenues and EBITDA now trending above 2019 (pre-Covid) levels. Host Hoteleiendom AS (the "Group") comprises in total of 14 hotel properties and development projects with a total market value in excess of NOK 2.15 billion. Group net LTV is 45%.
