Monica Fallenius to become new CEO of Annehem Fastigheter

Monica Fallenius will become the new CEO of Annehem Fastigheter. She will take up the position no later than 2022-10-03 and has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including as Director, Transactions & Leasing at Atrium Ljungberg and Head of Real Estate Sweden at Hemsö Fastigheter AB. Monica's most recent position was at Svenska Handelsfastigheter where she has been Real Estate Director.

Driftnettot har under året ökat med 14,7 procent. Den ekonomiska uthyrningsgraden uppgår till 95,0 procent och den genomsnittliga kontraktslängden uppgår till 5,5 år. Fastighetsvärdet per den 30 juni uppgår till 4 388,5 Mkr en värdestegring på 111,2 Mkr eller 2,7 procent under kvartalet.

During the year, net operating income increased 14.7 percent. The economic occupancy rate was 95.0 percent and the average contract length was 5.5 years. On 30 June, the property value was SEK 4,388.5 million, a capital appreciation of SEK 111.2 million, or 2.7 percent, during the quarter.
