Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) CEO resigns

The CEO of Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus") Lisa Dominguez Flodin, has reached an agreement with the board of the company to leave the company and resign as CEO. The company will start a recruitment process with the aim of finding a new CEO. In the meantime, the board member Jonas Ahlblad will serve as interim CEO.

We wish Lisa all the best in her future endeavours.", says Patrick Gylling, Chairman of the Board.

Since I currently am involved in other engagements I find it natural to hand over the company to the board to find a CEO that has this capacity at hand. Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has completed an accelerated bookbuilding procedure and resolved on a directed share issue (the "Share issue") which was communicated in a press release earlier today. The Share issue comprises 2,680,000 new shares at a price of 156 SEK per share. The subscription price for the shares in the Share issue has been determined through a bookbuilding procedure led by Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Pareto Securities AB. Through the Share issue, Cibus will receive proceeds amounting to approximately 418 million SEK before transaction related costs.
