On Friday February 11th, Ms. Olga Feldmeier, Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,961 SMART VALOR Swedish depositary receipts ("SDR") on Nasdaq First North Growth Market ("Nasdaq First North"). On Tuesday February 15th, Ms. Olga Feldmeier purchased a further 3,000 SDRs on Nasdaq First North.
