Notice of insider transaction in Resqunit Ab (RESQ) follows
Helge Trettø Olsen, CEO and board member of Resqunit AB (RESQ), has on December 1st 2021 through the partly owned Siddis Venture AS bought 6.500 shares in Resqunit AB at an average price of 8,5128.
Following this transaction Helge Trettø Olsen owns a total of 1,402,782 shares in Resqunit AB through Trettø Olsen Invest AS and 6,500 shares in Resqunit AB through Siddis Venture AS.
The purchase has been registered at Finansinspektionen.
