MTI Investment's warrants of series TO1 start trading on Nasdaq First North
The unit issue of shares and warrants in MTI Investment SE ("MTI Investment" or the "Company") that was completed in connection with the listing of the Company's share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market ("Nasdaq First North") was registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office on the 27 December 2021. The warrants of series TO1 will start trading on Nasdaq First North on 10 January 2022 and will be traded under the ticker "MTI TO1" with ISIN-code SE0017132269.
The warrants of series TO1 that were included in the offering of units in November/December 2021 have now been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Company has received approval by Nasdaq First North for the warrants to be traded. The first day of trading in the warrants of series TO1 is set to be 10 January 2022.
One (1) warrant of series TO1 entitles of subscription of one (1) new share in the Company during the period between 27 February 2023 to 10 March 2023. The subscription price will correspond to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price during the period between 10 February 2023 and 23 February 2023, however a maximum of SEK 20.10 per share. The total number of warrants of series TO1 amounts to 1,182,718. Upon full exercise of all issued warrants of series TO1, the Company will receive a maximum of approximately SEK 23.8 million.
