New CFO in Move About Group (MOV)
Magnus Bergan takes over as new CFO in Move About Group (MOV).
The change will take place from 11 April, while Bent Fossum will be available to contribute to the transition. Bergan has been employed by Move About as accounting manager since April 2021 and worked closely with Fossum throughout the IPO process.
“Due to the changes in the company's management, we have used the opportunity to reduce the costs of administration. The position of accounting manager will therefore not be replaced, but will be handled by the new CFO,” says Move About Group CEO, Olof Jonasson.
Bergan has a master's degree in economics with a specialization in finance from Bodø Business School. In addition, he has a master's degree from NHH in accounting and auditing. He has experience from 6 years as an auditor from Deloitte and has also been accounting manager in 24sevenoffice and NRC Norway.
