Move About Group (MOV) changes CEO
Today, the Board of Directors has agreed with Morten von Krogh that he will step down as CEO of Move About Group as the group embarks on the next phase of its journey. The Board has appointed current board member Olof Jonasson as acting CEO. Olof has been a member of the Board at Move About since 2021 and has a background in various leadership roles in the financial markets in Stockholm. Morten von Krogh will stay on in an advisory capacity.
The Board thanks Morten von Krogh for his work in building Move About into a leading Nordic provider of shared mobility solutions. Under Morten's leadership, the company has substantially increased the fleet of electric cars in car-sharing pools in Norway and Sweden. In addition, he was instrumental in establishing a foothold in the fast-growing European market by leading the acquisition of the German car-sharing company Mobileeee in 2021.
