Move About Group AB receives subscription commitments regarding warrants of series TO1 from the board and management
The exercise period for Move About Group ABs (publ) (the "Company" or "Move About") warrants of series TO1 begins on September 26, 2022. The company announces that persons from the board and management have entered into subscription commitments regarding excision of their respective warrants of series TO1.
In connection with the IPO of Move About, which took place in February 2022, 4,800,000 shares and 4,800,000 warrants of series TO1 were issued. Each warrant of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in Move About during the period from and including September 26, 2022 to and including October 7, 2022. The subscription price per share through the exercise of warrants of series TO1 corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) in Move Abouts share during the period from and including September 9, 2022 to and including September 22, 2022, however, not less than the quota value for Move Abouts shares and not more than SEK 11.75 per share. The subscription price for the warrants of series TO1 will be communicated in a separate press release, indicatively on September 23, 2022.
The company has received subscription commitments from the board and management regarding 210,962 warrants of series TO1, corresponding to 4.40 percent of the total number of outstanding warrants.
