KlaraBo extends lease agreement with Systembolaget in Vastervik

KlaraBo has signed a five-year contract extension comprising approximately 850 sq. m. with Systembolaget at Västra Kyrkogatan in the center of Västervik. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 1.8 million.

With the extension, Systembolaget will upgrade the premises according to its latest store concept.

"We are pleased to be able to extend the agreement with Systembolaget. This consolidates Tullporten as an important hub of Västervik's central commercial life. As an important part of the respective companies' sustainability efforts, the parties have in addition to the extension agreed to sign a Green Appendix, which is a cooperation agreement for reduced climate impact and resource use", says Robert Pejic, Area Manager at KlaraBo.
