Host Property AB (publ): Result from written procedure initiated 9 February 2021
Reference is made to the SEK 500,000,000 senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0013486057 (the "Bonds") issued by Host Property AB (publ) ("Host Property") and the terms and conditions for the Bonds (the "Terms and Conditions"). Any capitalised term used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms and Conditions.
On 9 February 2021, a notice of Written Procedure was sent to the Bondholders whereby the Issuer requested the Bondholders' approval of certain proposed amendments of the Terms and Conditions and that the previous alleged Events of Default are waived (the "Request"). The notice of the Written Procedure including the Request are available at Host Property's web page (https://flyingelephant.com/reports#!/tab/226680303-2).
The Issuer hereby announces that the voting period expired today, on 2 March 2021, and that a sufficient number of votes was obtained in order to form a quorum and that 100 per cent of the Adjusted Nominal Amount for which Bondholders were voting, voted in favour of the Request. It is therefore resolved that the Bondholders have agreed to the Request. The decision to accept the Request is effective as per today.
