Host Property AB (publ): Notice of mandatory partial prepayment

Host Property AB (publ) (the "Company") hereby informs the bondholders in its SEK 500,000,000 senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0013486057 (the "Bonds") that it will make a mandatory partial prepayment of the Bonds in accordance with clause 10.3 of the terms and conditions of the Bonds, as amended and restated on 26 March 2021 (the "Terms and Conditions"), and as set out in the notice to written procedure dated 9 February 2021. Unless otherwise defined herein, all defined terms in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning herein. The partial prepayment will be made in an aggregate amount of SEK 65,000,000 and at a price equal to 100.00 per cent. of the Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest on the amount prepaid. The partial prepayment will reduce the Nominal Amount of each Bond pro rata (rounded down to the nearest SEK 1) in accordance with the procedures of the CSD. Following the mandatory partial prepayment, the Nominal Amount of each Bond will be SEK 217,500 and the total outstanding Nominal Amount will be SEK 435,000,000. The prepayment will be made to Bondholders that holds Bonds on the Record Date, being 14 April 2021. Redemption Date will be 21 April 2021.
