Host Property AB (publ): New Operating companies

Host Drift Sverige AB has agreed to take ownership of seven hotel operating companies after agreement with the bankruptcy trustee. The transfer of ownership of the following hotels has been and will be in effect as of June 4 and June 11, 2021:

• First Hotel Billingehus
• First Hotel Christian IV
• First Hotel Falun
• First Hotel Olofström
• First Hotel Örnsköldsvik
• First Hotel Stadt Härnösand
• First Hotel Strand Sundsvall

There is an ongoing process regarding a new external operator at the Söderhamn hotel property.

Host Drift Sverige AB is the new operating company for the hotel operating companies. The above hotel operating companies are the operators and tenants at the Host Property hotels.

For the operating companies Tribe Hotels Statt i Karlskrona AB and Hotel Witt AB (Kalmar), Host Drift Sverige AB has provided an offer to acquire and is part of the process with the bankruptcy trustee.
