Host Property AB (publ) applies for listing of bonds on Nasdaq First North Bond Market
On 28 November 2019, Host Property AB (publ) (the "Company") issued senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds in the amount of SEK 500,000,000. The bonds carry an interest rate of STIBOR 3 months plus 6.50 per cent per annum and the maturity date is 28 November 2022.
The Company has applied for listing of bonds on Nasdaq First North Bond Market. In connection with this the Company has prepared a Company Description which has been approved by Nasdaq Stockholm AB. The Company Description will be made available on the Company's website www.flyingelephant.no/host.
The first day of trading is expected to be 27 January 2020.
