Fram^ increases its stake in Carmudi Vietnam from 67% to 82.6%
Fram Skandinavien AB (the Company) announces that the company has increased its ownership interest in Carmudi Vietnam by netting off debt that has arisen in the form of operational financing to Carmudi Vietnam during previous periods.
With the net asset value calculations published in the Q4 report as a basis, today's increase in ownership in Carmudi corresponds to an increase of approx. +7 SEK net asset value per FRAM B share. The increase does not entail any obligation for the Company to contribute additional capital into Carmudi Vietnam, but instead constitutes only a conversion of previously contributed operational financing.
"It feels good to be able to expand our ownership in our most successful subsidiary. Furthermore, this creates space for us to expand the ownership of key people in the company - something we have communicated that we see as crucial for a longer period of time. ", says Christopher Beselin
