Eevia Health Plc ("the Company" or "Eevia") has become aware that one of the Company's shareholders, Futur Pension Holding AB's has an indirect holding via Futur Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag of 1,087,307 shares in the Company. The holding has increased from 672,307 shares and the holding now corresponds to approximately 6,81 % of total shares and votes in Eevia.

Eevia Health Plc, founded in March 2017, addresses significant health problems with bioactive compounds extracted from plant materials.
