The board's recommendation to the annual general meeting regarding dividend

As of the date of publication of this report, the Board of Directors of Cibus Nordic does not have a final proposal for resolution on dividends for the 2019 financial year to recommend to the Annual General Meeting. It is, however, the intention of the Board of Directors to adhere to Cibus' dividend policy and to recommend that the dividend be raised by slightly more than 5% to a total EUR 0.89 per share for the 2019 financial year, to be paid out over a 12-month period following the Annual General Meeting. A complete proposed resolution will be published prior to the announcement of the Annual General Meeting.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ)  has signed and closed the acquisition of two grocery stores in Northern Norway for EUR 7.9m. The properties are located in Fauske approximately 50 km east of Bodö and in Strand/Sortland close to Lofoten. The lettable area is around 3000 sqm and the properties are fully let to Coop on long leases.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has today closed the acquisition of a grocery store in Denmark for EUR 2.3m. The property is acquired from a Danish private investor.

Den 26 augusti 2022 meddelade Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" eller "Bolaget") att resultatet av återköpserbjudandet ("Återköpserbjudandet") skulle meddelas separat till innehavarna av Cibus utestående seniora icke säkerställda obligationer med rörlig ränta 2020/2023, ISIN SE0014453130 och med utestående volym om SEK 600 miljoner ("Obligationerna"). Återköpserbjudandet löpte ut kl. 12:00 (CEST) den 26 augusti 2022. Innehavarna av Obligationerna har i samband med Återköpserbjudandet accepterat återköp av Obligationer motsvarande ett totalt nominellt belopp om SEK 518,75 miljoner.


Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) announces the results from tender offer for the company's notes 2020/2023 with ISIN SE0014453130

On 26 August 2022 Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") announced that the results from the tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to the holders of Cibus outstanding senior unsecured floating rate notes 2020/2023 with ISIN SE0014453130 and outstanding amount of SEK 600 million (the "Notes") would be announced separately. The Tender Offer expired at 12:00 CEST on 26 August 2022. The Tender Offer has been accepted by holders of Notes representing a total nominal amount of SEK 518.75 million.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" eller "Bolaget") förlänger det återköpserbjudande som offentliggjordes den 22 augusti 2022 ("Återköpserbjudandet") avseende Bolagets utestående SEK-obligationer ("Obligationerna") vilket också finns beskrivet nedan. Återköpserbjudandet förlängs till tidpunkten för placeringen av de Nya Seniora Icke Säkerställda Obligationerna såsom definierade i Cibus pressmeddelande daterat den 22 augusti 2022,  men inte tidigare än 26 augusti 2022 kl. 12.00 CEST.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") extends the tender offer announced on 22 August 2022 (the "Tender Offer") with regards to the Company's outstanding SEK notes (the "Notes") which are also described below. The Tender Offer is extended to the point in time of the placement of the New Senior Unsecured Notes as defined in Cibus' press release 22 August, however no earlier than at 12.00 CEST on 26 August 2022.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" eller "Bolaget") har givit Danske Bank och Swedbank i uppdrag att i egenskap av joint bookrunners arrangera möten med obligationsinvesterare med start den 24 augusti. Syftet är att undersöka möjligheten att emittera EUR-denominerade seniora icke säkerställda gröna obligationer med en löptid om 3 år ("De Nya Seniora Icke Säkerställda Obligationerna") under Cibus existerande MTN-program. En kapitalmarknadstransaktion kommer att följa, förbehållet rådande marknadsförhållanden.


Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) contemplates the issuance of senior unsecured green notes and launches a tender offer

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or "the Company") has mandated Danske Bank and Swedbank as joint bookrunners to arrange fixed income investor meetings starting August 24. The purpose is to investigate the possibility to issue EUR denominated senior unsecured green notes with a tenor of 3 years (the "New Senior Unsecured Notes") under Cibus' existing medium term note programme. A capital markets transaction will follow subject to market conditions.


Q2 2022 Delårsrapport Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ)

April - juni 2022 (jämfört med april - juni 2021)

- Hyresintäkter uppgick till 27 193 TEUR (19 797).
- Driftnettot uppgick till 25 189 TEUR (18 472).
- Förvaltningsresultatet uppgick till 13 550 TEUR (10 834). I resultatet ingår en orealiserad valutakursförlust på -2 142 TEUR.
- Periodens resultat uppgick till 30 831 TEUR (11 672) vilket motsvarar 0,63 EUR (0,29) per aktie.
- Orealiserade värdeförändringar på fastigheter ingår i resultatet och uppgick till 17 183 TEUR (2 357).

- Rental income amounted to EUR 27,193 thousand (19,797).
- Net operating income totalled EUR 25,189 thousand (18,472).
- Profit from property management was EUR 13,550 thousand (10,834). An unrealised exchange rate loss of -2,142 is included in the profit.
- Earnings after tax amounted to EUR 30,831 thousand (11,672), corresponding to EUR 0.63 (0.29) per share.
- Unrealised changes in property values totalling EUR 17,183 thousand (2,357) were included in profit.


Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) uppdaterar sitt MTN-program och offentliggör ett uppdaterat grundprospekt

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" eller "Bolaget") har i juni 2021 upprättat ett s.k. Medium Term Note-program med en ram uppgående till 5 miljarder kronor eller dess motsvarighet i EUR, NOK eller DKK ("MTN-programmet"). I samband med upprättandet av MTN-programmet upprättade Cibus ett grundprospekt daterat 14 juni 2021, vilket ska uppdateras årligen. Med anledning av detta har Bolaget gjort en årlig uppdatering av grundprospektet och i samband därmed uppdaterat de allmänna villkoren för MTN-programmet.

Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or "the Company") has in June 2021 established a Medium Term Note programme with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion or an equivalent amount in EUR, NOK or DKK (the "MTN programme"). In connection with the establishing of the MTN programme Cibus published a base prospectus dated 14 June 2021, which is subject to yearly updates. The Company has now made its annual update to the base prospectus and, in connection therewith, updated the general terms and conditions of the MTN programme.
