Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) signs acquisitions of portfolio of six properties in Norway for EUR 15.8m
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has signed the acquisitions of a portfolio of six properties in southern Norway for EUR 15.8m. The transactions are targeted to close on January 12, 2022.
The assets are located in the Kristiansand region on the south coast and have a lettable area of around 6,900 sqm. The Properties are fully let with Coop, Kiwi and Rema 1000 as anchor tenants on long-term lease agreements.
