Change of name, ticker and ISIN code for the shares in Cell Impact AB (publ)

The Annual General Meeting of Cell Impact AB (publ) (“Cell Impact” or the “Company”) on April 21, 2022 resolved, in accordance with the boards of director’s proposal, on amendments of Cell Impact’s articles of association including the removal of the class A share. The Company’s class B shares will therefore be ordinary shares. The share’s voting value has also been changed from 1/10 vote per share to 1 vote per share.

The share’s name on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be changed from Cell Impact B to Cell Impact and the share’s ticker will be changed from CI B to CI. The share’s ISIN code will be SE0017885379. 

The record date for the change is May 12, 2022. The last trading day with the share’s current name, ticker and ISIN code will be May 10, 2022. The first trading day with the share’s new name, ticker and ISIN code will be May 11, 2022.

The new shares will be visible on the shareholders accounts on May 13, 2022. This is an administrative matter and the shareholders do not have to take any actions due to this.
