Cecilia Lager and Per Granath proposed as Capacent board members
Capacent Holding AB (publ.) has decided to propose to the AGM the re-election of chairman of the board Håkan Erixon, and board members Peo Lindholm and Joakim Hörwing. Lena Ridström has declined re-election. New board member nominees are Cecilia Lager and Per Granath.

Cecilia Lager
Cecilia Lager has many years' experience from the finance sector, strategic change processes, as well as marketing and communications. Cecilia is currently most active with board roles, and has held senior positions at ABB, Sapa, SEB and Alecta, among others. She serves on the boards of Elanders AB, Cinnober Financial Technology AB, Navigera AB, Intellecta and Altor Fund Manager AB.
Per Granath
Between 2006 and 2015, Per Granath served as CEO of Humana AB. Prior to that, Per was CEO of listed company Intellecta. Previously, Per worked with corporate finance at Handelsbanken in Life Science and service sectors, and has been deputy CEO of technology consultancy Scandiaconsult, (now Ramböll). Currently, he is a board member of AB Salktennis (Chairman of the Board), Humana AB and Svefa Holding AB. Per owns, (through a holding company), 282,631 shares in Capacent.
