KebNi AB (publ) receives two orders for Drive Away Antenna Systems with a total order value of 96 800 EUR (approximately 970 KSEK)

Stockholm, 11 October 2021 - KebNi announces today that they have received two orders for Satmission
Drive-Away antenna systems. The order values are 49 950 EUR (approx. 500 KSEK) and 46 850 EUR (approx. 470 KSEK).

KebNi släpper uppdatering om Covid-19, utlöst av förra veckans meddelanden om att Israel, där KebNi för närvarande gör affärer, stänger gränserna. Kopplat till eventuella förseningar orsakade av Covid-19 har företaget därför tecknat ett brygglån på 12 MSEK delvis från närstående. Under första kvartalet nästa år förväntar sig företaget ca 11 MSEK i betalning från sin israeliska kund på nuvarande kontrakt.

Under årets tredje kvartal har KebNi tagit avstamp mot framtiden. Parallellt med leveranser till vår kund i Israel och därmed ett stabiliserat kassaflöde, samt ytterligare fokus på försäljningsarbete med fler kundbesök och offertleveranser, så har ett intensivt strategiarbete pågått under kvartalet. I det arbetet har vi sett stora möjligheter och nu stakat ut vägen för att nå dem. KebNi har som plan att växa både organiskt och genom förvärv. Av affärsplanens organiska del framgår det att KebNi har målsättningen att:

  • Växa SATCOM snabbare än den adresserbara marknaden de närmaste 5 åren (Marknadstillväxt SatCom Maritime ~20% and Land ~4%).

  • Inertial Sensing och SATCOM kommer att vara lika stora produktområden år 2025.

  • Ambitionen är att uppnå positivt rörelseresultat under andra halvåret 2023, och uppnå positivt kassaflöde under 2024


KEBNI RELEASES QUARTERLY REPORT FOR Q3 2021, JULY - SEPTEMBER

KebNi tightens the arc.

During the third quarter of the year, KebNi took its starting point in the future. In parallel with deliveries to our customer in Israel and thus a stabilized cash flow, as well as further focus on sales work with more customer visits and quotation deliveries, intensive strategy work has been done during the quarter. Within that work, we have seen great opportunities and have paved the way to reach them. KebNi plans to grow both organically and through acquisitions. The organic part of the business plan states that KebNi aims to:

  • Grow SATCOM faster than the addressable market over the next 5 years (Market growth SatCom Maritime ~ 20% and Land ~ 4%).
  • Inertial Sensing and SATCOM will be equal product areas in 2025.
  • The ambition is to achieve a positive operating profit during the second half of 2023, and to achieve a positive cash flow during 2024

KEBNI HAS SIGNED A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT AND RECEIVES AN ORDER FOR DRIVE AWAY ANTENNA SYSTEMS

KebNi AB (publ) has signed a Distribution and Framework Agreement with a new customer in Turkey for Satmission' s Drive-Away Antenna Systems. The customer has communicated an estimated three-year sales forecast of approximately 9 MEUR (approx. 90 MSEK). An initial sample order has been placed, with the value of 92 493 EUR (approx. 920 KSEK).
