Annehem receives green designation from Nasdaq

In 2021, Annehem commissioned an independent evaluation of the company from a sustainability perspective. 61 percent of the companys revenue and 79 percent of the companys investments are graded as dark green or green for 2020 according to CICERO Shades of Green. At the end of 2021, 73 percent of rental income and 86 percent of property value were attributable to green-classed buildings.
