Annehem Fastigheter has appointed Viveka Frankendal as COO
Annehem Fastigheter has appointed Viveka Frankendal as COO. Frankendal is part of Group Management and took up her position on March 1, 2021.
The COO will be responsible for Annehem's asset management, transactions and sustainability work. Frankendal is a trained surveyor from KTH and most recently held the position of Asset Manager at Vincero. She has a broad experience from leading management positions within Newsec, SveaReal and JLL.
