A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESIGNS AT OWN REQUEST
Christine Rankin has, at her own request, chosen to leave her position as a member of Adventure Box's board.
Christine Rankin, who has been a board member of Adventure box Technology AB (publ) since 2018, has announced her intention to resign from the board. The background is that Christine has undertaken other assignments which give rise to a conflict of interest. Christine intends to leave the Adventure Box board with immediate effect.
