Host Property AB (publ) (the "Company") has today from the legal representative of bondholders representing approximately 60 % of the outstanding nominal amount ("Group of Bondholders") been warned that an Event of Default has occurred regarding the Company's outstanding SEK 500,000,000 senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds (ISIN: SE0013486057). The warning was given during a scheduled telephone conference between, inter alia, the Company, Nordic Trustee & Agency (the "Agent") and representatives of the Group of Bondholders and which telephone conference had been preceded by written correspondence between the parties respective legal representatives.

The Company's firm opinion is that the claimed Event of Default is not correct and consequently that no Event of Default has occurred. This opinion was delivered by the Company to the Agent's and the Group of Bondholders' legal representative at the telephone conference.
