Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) signs and closes acquisition in Sweden for EUR 4.1m
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has signed and closed the acquisition of three properties in Sweden for EUR 4.1m. The properties are acquired from a private investor.
The assets are located in Norrköping, Kisa and Boxholm and have a lettable area of 4,500 sqm. The anchor tenant is Coop Sverige Fastigheter and the weighted average lease maturity is close to three years.
