Mycab Group Third Quarter Results

CEO HIGHLIGHTS
Supranational Hotels and Mycab has entered into an agreement regarding bespoke and seamless transfer and travel solutions for all their hotel members around the globe.

Commencing in Sweden, Denmark and Germany as pilot markets in the first quarter of 2016, after which rolling out globally in 75 countries.

Supranational Hotels is one of the largest GDS and online representation companies in the world; providing advanced distribution and reservation technologies to over 500 hotels across the globe.

Service quality transfers are a vital part of adding value within the hospitality industry and a large portion of prearranged transfers are indeed related to hotel transfers, but rarely available with standardized guaranteed service levels and seamless booking channels. With this partnership Mycab and Supranational Hotels will be able to capitalize on this demand.

The Swedish governmental agreement that Mycab reported about in second quarter Interim report was deployed in a subsequent event in October 2015. The booking volume is distributed over two main channels; Mycab Call Centre, which was deployed in October, and business travel agencies referred to as TMCs (Travel Management Companies), which will be deployed during December and January 2016.

Call centre channel represent approximately 40% of the volume and TMCs represent 60%.

The governmental agreement is worth 16 Million Euros per annum and comprises domestic ground transportation services for all governmental entities in Sweden. The agreement spans over two years, with a conditional extension of additional two years.

Mycab is shifting its Swedish inventory, from its old local platform, to the new international platform known as Netsys V5™, which implies that Sweden will become bookable on www.mycabtravel.com from January 2016.

Sales, for third quarter 2015, amounted to KEUR 6 785 (5 965), which is predominantly emanating from Sweden's domestic sales. Sales emanating from our international products represent approximately 10 % of total sales.
