Host Property AB (publ): Record Date for payment of Consent FeeReference is made to the SEK 500,000,000 senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0013486057 (the "Bonds") issued by Host Property AB (publ) ("Host Property") and the terms and conditions for the Bonds (the "Terms and Conditions"). Any capitalised term used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms and Conditions. As announced in press release published by Host Property on 2 March 2021, the Bondholders have, by way of Written Procedure, accepted Host Property's request for certain amendments of the Terms and Conditions and that the previous alleged Events of Defaults are waived (the "Request"). As stated in the notice of Written Procedure dated 9 February 2021, a consent fee amounting to one (1.00) per cent. of the Nominal Amount as of the date of the approval of the Request (the "Consent Fee") will be paid to the Bondholders (regardless if such Bondholder has participated in the Written Procedure or voted for or against the Request).
