Robert Nyberg holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) with a focus on production systems. He has a solid industrial experience from the global group Xylem (NYSE: XYL), an international company, where he has, among other things, been marketing manager and business area manager with focus on growth. Unibap has hired Robert Nyberg in the past year as a consultant in business development and long-term strategic work.

As Robert Nyberg enters Unibap's management team, Dr. Asplund leaves his place as Chief Science Officer. However, Dr. Asplund remains as Chief Scientist with focus on technology and research issues and continues to support the company's sales and development as well as alternate member of the Board.
